AB 04 – Swedish Construction Contract Law Training

The standard agreement AB 04 applies to execution contracts in construction projects, where detailed design and project planning are carried out by the client or a party appointed by the client. The contractor therefore builds based on completed construction documents and specifications.

This course follows the process of an execution contract from the stage before tender submission through to the final inspections of the project.
