BAM – Better Work Environment Training

BAM (Better Work Environment) is a training program developed through collaboration between the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv), the Swedish Trade Union Confederation (LO), and the Council for Negotiation and Cooperation (PTK). These organizations represent both employers and employees in the Swedish labor market.

The program provides the fundamental knowledge of occupational health and safety and systematic work environment management that all parties agree is essential across all industries and roles.

Target group

Individuals who need knowledge of BAM – Better Work Environment training in their work, as well as supervisors and responsible managers who want to ensure the right competence and safe working practices.

After the training

After completing the BAM – Better Work Environment training, participants will have a better understanding of regulations, risks, and safe working practices related to workplace health and safety.
Course duration: 8 hours.
