CPR and AED Training

Booking a CPR training course for your company helps create knowledge and confidence in the workplace. It also supports compliance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s requirements for emergency preparedness in the workplace.

During the training, participants learn how to identify sudden cardiac arrest, perform chest compressions and rescue breaths (CPR), and recognize the symptoms of a heart attack. Participants will also learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Target group

Individuals who need knowledge of CPR and AED use in their work, as well as supervisors and responsible managers who want to ensure the right competence and preparedness in emergency situations.

After the training

After completing the CPR and AED training, participants will have a better understanding of emergency procedures and how to respond effectively in life-threatening situations.
Course duration: 1.5–2 hours.

Course content

• Basic regulations and workplace preparedness related to CPR and AED use

• Recognizing cardiac arrest and heart attack symptoms

• Practical CPR training with chest compressions and rescue breaths

• Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

• Knowledge check and review of key procedures
